I will walk along side you in your journey of growth and healing, and work collaboratively with you to ensure an individualized and empathic approach to therapy using evidence-based therapeutic techniques. I treat a variety of concerns and presentations including autism, anxiety-related disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, ADHD, depression, trauma, stress management, adjustment, relationship issues and managing challenging behavior. I specialize in working with individuals with autism, anxiety-related disorders, and children or adolescents with challenging behavior or neurodevelopmental disabilities and their families.

Individual crisis sessions consist of additional crisis management on an as needed basis.

Child and family sessions are designed to support families through the complexities of challenging family dynamics, managing difficult behavior or family conflict and transitions with a compassionate, individualized approach tailored to each family's unique needs. I will collaborate with school staff, teachers, and other providers involved in your child’s life to prioritize a whole child approach.
